1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of younguopurificat.world (the “Site”), operated by Younguopurificat.ddd / DeskFlow from Nashville, Tennessee, United States. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher) and have authority to agree if acting on behalf of an organization.
2. Advertising and landing pages
If you reach this Site through online advertising, the ad should accurately describe our educational office movement content and optional sessions. We do not use misleading claims about health outcomes, endorsements, or government approval. Report ad concerns to the contact details below.
3. Educational content; no professional relationship
Site materials describe general office movement, ergonomics, and wellness topics for informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is not reviewed by a licensed clinician unless explicitly stated. You assume responsibility for how you apply any exercise or break routine. Consult qualified professionals before starting new activity if you have concerns about your physical condition.
Use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional relationship between you and us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law (including U.S. export, fraud, or computer abuse laws);
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Introduce malware, scrape the Site in bulk, or interfere with operation;
- Harass our staff or other users, or submit false information;
- Use the Site for competitive benchmarking or to build a derivative commercial product without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, layout, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 5.1 Copyright complaints (DMCA)

6. Sessions, events, and bookings
Descriptions, schedules, and formats may change. Participation in studio or virtual sessions is voluntary. You are responsible for clearing space, wearing appropriate footwear, and following facilitator safety instructions. Inform facilitators privately of physical limitations relevant to movement. We may refuse service for safety or policy reasons.
Any fees, refunds, or cancellations for paid services will be described at the time of booking and are subject to applicable Tennessee and U.S. consumer protection laws.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; IN THOSE STATES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES DESCRIBED ON THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of others’ rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another state’s laws.
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the Site lies in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Informal resolution: Before filing suit, you agree to email us at helpdesk@younguopurificat.world and allow 30 days to attempt good-faith resolution.
Class action waiver: To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in your state of residence.
12. Electronic communications
By contacting us through the Site or email, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that such communications satisfy legal writing requirements where permitted.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site.
