1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (for example, to remember your cookie choices on younguopurificat.world).
This Cookie Policy should be read with our Privacy Policy. It explains our practices for visitors in the United States and how we align with state laws that regulate cookies, online tracking, and targeted advertising (including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and Tennessee laws where applicable).
2. Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Legal basis / U.S. treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, load balancing, storing consent choices, basic site operation | Always active; not sold or shared |
| Analytics | Understand traffic, pages viewed, and improve content | Opt-in via banner where required; opt-out anytime |
| Marketing | Measure ad campaigns if we use them in the future | Opt-in only; treated as targeted advertising under some state laws |
3. Your choices (United States)
When you first visit, you will see a banner with:
- Accept All — enables optional analytics and marketing cookies;
- Reject — disables optional cookies; only strictly necessary cookies remain;
- Cookie Settings — toggle analytics and marketing separately. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the site needs them to function and to store your choice.
Under many U.S. state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of:
- the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information);
- sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising / targeted advertising — use “Reject” or turn off marketing cookies;
- certain profiling — we do not profile you for legal or similarly significant decisions.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising cookies where legally required, in addition to any choices you make in our banner.
4. Notice for California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA, cookies that collect identifiers and browsing activity may constitute “personal information.” Optional analytics or marketing cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising when enabled. You can opt out by clicking Reject, disabling categories in Cookie Settings, or emailing helpdesk@younguopurificat.world. See our Privacy Policy for full California rights.
5. Retention
- Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser;
- Consent preference: stored up to 12 months in local storage or a cookie;
- Analytics/marketing cookies: per vendor, typically up to 26 months unless you withdraw consent sooner.
6. Third-party cookies
If we enable tools such as analytics providers, those third parties may set their own cookies. Their use is governed by their privacy policies. We contractually require service providers to use data only to provide services to us and to apply appropriate security measures.
7. Browser and device controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions are usually found under “Privacy” or “Security” settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent our site from remembering your consent choice. You can also use industry opt-out tools where available (for example, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices tool at optout.aboutads.info).
8. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no uniform U.S. legal standard for DNT. We do not respond to DNT signals, but we do honor GPC and your choices in our cookie banner as described above.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy by posting a new effective date. Questions: helpdesk@younguopurificat.world, phone +1 (615) 948-1927, or 405 40th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37209, United States.
10. EEA/UK visitors
Non-essential cookies are placed only after consent. You may withdraw consent anytime via Cookie Settings or by clearing site data. For GDPR rights, see our Privacy Policy Section 14.
11. Google Ads and measurement
If we use Google Ads or Google Analytics in the future, those tools will load only after you consent to analytics or marketing cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time. We describe data use in our Privacy Policy and honor U.S. opt-out rights, including Do Not Sell or Share and Global Privacy Control signals.
